Privacy Policy — x402 Agentic

1. The Short Version

x402 Agentic does not collect, store, or process any personal information. We do not use cookies for tracking, we do not run analytics, we do not collect email addresses, and we do not have a user account system. If you visit our website, you are anonymous to us.

All payment transactions that occur through the x402 protocol settle directly on public blockchains (Base, Solana, Ethereum). These transactions are publicly verifiable by anyone — that is a property of the underlying blockchain, not something we control or can change.

2. What We Do Not Collect

To be explicit, we do not collect:

Names, email addresses, or any contact information
IP addresses (beyond standard CDN request processing — see Section 3)
Browser fingerprints or device identifiers
Cookies — we set none, tracking or otherwise
Wallet addresses on our servers
Payment amounts or transaction histories on our servers
Usage analytics, heatmaps, or session recordings

3. Cloudflare Infrastructure

This website is served via Cloudflare Pages. As with any internet infrastructure, Cloudflare's edge network processes your IP address and HTTP request headers in transit to serve you the page. This is standard web infrastructure behaviour and is governed by Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. We do not have access to, and do not store, any logs generated by Cloudflare's infrastructure.

4. On-Chain Transactions

The x402 protocol processes payments directly on public blockchains. When an AI agent or developer makes a payment through the x402 protocol, that transaction is recorded on-chain and is publicly visible to anyone who queries the blockchain. This is an inherent property of public blockchains — it is not data we collect, and it is not data we can delete or modify.

We have no server-side visibility into payment transactions. There is no intermediary layer between payer and payee — value moves directly on-chain.

5. Third-Party Links

This website links to third-party sites including GitHub, Virtuals.io, Coinbase, Cloudflare, and others. We have no control over those sites' privacy practices and encourage you to review their policies independently.
